Grain Belt's tube laser can cut and completely process both round and square tubing as well as pipe. The laser automatically loads, feeds, laser cuts and unloads larger size tube and pipe, whether round, square, rectangular, or triangular. In addition, it can completely process I and H-beams, C-channel, angle iron, and additional user-defined shapes. It handles up to 11" round pipe or 10" square pipe and accommodates standard mill lengths as well as materials up to 25' in length. Parts are identified by laser etching serial numbers and logos on the part. This tube laser has 6-axis laser cutting which means it will cut at any desired angle for weld preparation; plus, achieve the highest accuracy for easy fit-up of assemblies, all in a single program cycle. Moreover, its program-controlled loading, workholding, and unloading makes it even more efficient.
