12 High Speed Lasers for precision laser cutting of individual parts
Laser Cutting services at Grain Belt are provided for a variety of industrial manufacturing applications. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser through optics. The majority of laser work performed at Grain Belt is cutting out CAD (computer aided design) patterns from flat sheets and tubing of various grades of steel and aluminum into precision component parts. These parts are eventually powder coated and assembled as machinery serving industries ranging from agriculture, transportation, recreational, energy, construction and lawn care.
Our fleet of industrial CNC lasers consists of 11 flat lasers with 5 ft. x 10 ft., 6 ft. x 12 ft. and 6 ft. x 20 ft. tables for fabricating virtually any size part and geometry. Grain Belt also has a Fabrigear 300 tube laser with capacities of up to 10" square and 11" round and up to 26 ft. in length. The flat sheet lasers are supported by six CNC press brakes with up to 350 ton hydraulic capacity and can handle parts up to 22 ft. lengths with precision bending.
